NEXT LEVEL

This program is for the athlete that understands time comitment and is trying to make it to the next level of competition. At BMT we are aggressive in our approach to programming, and we expect our athletes to put in maximal effort day in and day out. Everything we have designed has a purpose and a reason. Some of our workouts are hard, very hard. So hard that you may need to scale them or you may fail at completing them.
That is OKAY, and by design. We firmly believe that FAILURE is as important as SUCCESS. It is simply part of the process, the greatest athletes, the humble athletes, the titanic role models that always seem to succeed even when the odds are stacked against them understand failure. They have an intimate relationship with it, and that relationship is something we want our athletes to also understand. THIS is what we mean by aggressive.

While the end goal may be to make it to the next level of competition, we don't want that to be your focus. The goal is to have an amazing training session that you can be proud of day in and day out. If you can do that the CrossFit® Games or Regionals will soon be right around the corner. One necessitates the other, and they are not interchangeable.

Finally, check your ego at the door. We are humble victors in this program, because as mentioned above we understand failure. While you may be on top today, there is no telling what tomorrow brings and if you are not willing to admit your weaknesses to the world, not willing to scale a workout so that you can get the appropriate stimulus, then this program is probably not for you.
We are looking for the modest victors, the ones that know today is not tomorrow and everyday brings a new challenge. A challenge that should be welcomed and sought with open arms. If you can do all of that, we can promise you, in the end, we will get you where you want to go. This is the program for you, and we want you as part of our team.
